Fineview Community Organization is an all-volunteer § 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit neighborhood organization.
Board Meetings are open to the community. Meetings are held via Zoom on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Email us for the link to the meeting.
Mission Statement
The Fineview Community Organization promotes sustainable development, property restoration and affordable housing while preserving the fabric of the community in a manner that is transparent, equitable and inclusive.
Vision Statement
We, the Fineview Community Organization, envision a community that is forward-looking, and where its unique terrain -- which provides beautiful views of the city; sunrises and sunsets; ample breezes; and contains mature trees, wildlife and wooded areas -- is valued by engaged and informed residents who desire a diverse and welcoming neighborhood, and are interested in improving the quality of life for everyone.
